All collected informations are used solely in accordance with this notice, the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the Croatian Personal Data Protection Act.

Collecting personal data

Information provided by you includes following data: your name, surname, e-mail address, phone number. When performing travel agency business, we shall ask you for a copy of your ID and credit card.

Sensitive personal data

We shall not collect, store or otherwise use any special categories of data or sensitive data for any purpose.

Use of this sites by children

Please be aware that all personal data processing can only be used by people who are 16+ years old. The use of the system and the tool is forbidden as well as the processing of data of users under 16, without the appropriate parent / guardian consent. If, however, data is processed, we shall terminate as soon as we find out that the user is under 16 and delete all data we collected.

  • Hotels, when we act as travel agency

We also take the necessary steps to ensure that each provider we involve in processing your personal data on our behalf takes technical and organizational measures to protect such personal information.

Transferring data Internationally

Currently we do not transfer your personal information outside the Republic of Croatia.
